Whitney is the Administrator of Communications for North Dallas Funeral Home. He brings over 25 years’ experience working in nonprofit administration and operations as a Certified Volunteer Administrator and Nonprofit Executive.

Whitney has a deep desire to help others be successful and reach their full potential. His competency in business analytics, economic development, and information systems are important to the funeral home’s sustained growth and resilience.

Whitney has a long, dedicated record of public service to his community, with an emphasis on disaster management, public safety, and emergency services. Whitney is the President of the Rowlett Citizen Corps Council, a former City of Rowlett Councilmember, past Chair of the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce and Chamber Foundation and has numerous awards and honors to his credit. He is a notary public.
