Obituary of
Ernesto Cristan
It is with a heavy, yet joyously filled heart-of- memories that we come to write this obituary in honor and celebration of our dad’s life. Or as many of you have affectionately called him “Pájero”. He was not one to just sit around but instead was always working, building, or creating something new. He along with our loving mom, jointly created Ernest’s Tire Service in 1992 with only $300. He worked tirelessly to establish and grow the highly reputable company we see today. Our dad was a man of many talents, from cooking, fixing things, building new smokers, and if he didn’t know how YouTube was always there to lend a hand, our dad lived a fun-filled life. He loved to joke around and make people laugh. More than that he was a huge prankster. Not a day went by that he did not pull a prank on our mom, us or friends. Our dad will be deeply missed. And this is not a goodbye but simply, “See you later” …
Ernesto Cristan was born September 2, 1959, in Robstown, Texas. He was 63. He is survived by his wife Mary, his two children Paulino and Claudia, grandchildren Julian, Mia, and Mercedes, His brother Arturo and sisters Mary Easter and Rosie.
