Obituary
Ellen Schueddig Dingwall, 76 of Plano, Texas passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022. Funeral Services will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at The Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration, 14115 Hillcrest Rd, Dallas, TX 75254
Ellen spent most of her time being a devoted mom and homemaker until she began working part time for The Church of the Transfiguration in 1995 and was hired full time as Director of Congregational Development in July of 2000. She worked until her retirement in 2018. She is well known and respected and was a big part of building the parish and has many accolades and accomplishments in her over 20 years of service. In 2006 Ellen was instrumental in getting The Most Rev. Desmond Tutu to visit the church and speak to the congregation for the Church’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. Ellen’s biggest blessings were her children and grandchildren. Her grandchildren loved their Grammy beyond measure, and she will be greatly missed.
Ellen was preceded in death by her husband, Robin M. Dingwall and parents, Louis C. Schueddig and Beth Adele Schueddig Howe. She is survived by her son, Christopher R. Dingwall (of Lucas, TX) daughter, Catherine D. Morgan (Beau) of Allen Texas; grandchildren, Cullum Morgan (Sara) of Allen, TX, Caitlin Morgan of Allen, TX, Heather Dingwall of Colleyville, TX and Brian Dingwall of Lucas, TX , Great Granddaughter, Macy Grace Morgan of Allen, TX. and brothers The Rev. Canon Louis C. Schueddig of Atlanta, GA and Thomas D Schueddig of Kansas City, MO

I remember her kindness when we were classmates throughout elementary, junior high, and high school. She was lovely. I am sorry for her loss to her family, friends, and community. She graced the world with her presence.
