My deepest condolences and prayers for Davidā€™s family. He was a trusted advisor and friend professionally and personally since 1990. David implemented the first retirement plan for State Fair of Texas employees in 1976 and helped so many with their retirement, insurance and estate planning over the years. He was a man of faith, grace, dignity and loyalty who will be greatly missed. I was so blessed to know him and will never forget all he did for me and so many others. I hope he and Jeannie are united again and dancing in heaven.
