Remembering Elaine
Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Anne “Elaine” Keith was born on
September 12, 1948 in Nashville, Tennessee to Chester Austin and Anne Mangrum. She
departed this life on January 28, 2022. Elaine studied and graduated valedictorian from
Bryan Medical Institute, where she worked as a medical assistant for many years, followed by
home health. She found her true calling after receiving her position with the state of Texas
Rehabilitation Commission and remained there until retirement.
Elaine met and married the love of her life the late Frank Keith and was blessed with two
daughters Kelly Bryant and Kristin Morgan Garza. She accepted the Lord, Jesus Christ as her
savior at an early age. She loved her family and her friends and was especially proud of her
children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Every single day of her life was about being
“Nini”. She was everybody’s Nini.
She followed close by the scripture Galatians 5:22-23. A spirit filled life is incapable of not
loving. Just as sunflower seeds grow brilliant yellow flowers, so the seeds of love grow an
attractive, irresistible life. Plant seeds of love in the power of the Spirit! In honor of my
mother and her unfailing love for everyone, please plant seeds of love to help her love
continue earth as she is in heaven. Stop and smell the flowers, love, and forgive a loved one,
and always help those in need.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Patricia Diamond and the love of her
life, her husband, Frank Keith. Her beloved daughter, Kristin Morgan Garza passed away only
a few days after her. Her legacy will live on through her daughter; Kelly Bryant, her brother
Bobby Mangrum (Pam), her sister Peggy Caldwell, her grand-children, Jason Williams, Jordan
Schneider, Kellyn Schneider, Michael Nolan, Patrick Bryant -O’Neal Elizabeth Bryant O’Neal,
Mathew Morgan, Kristian Smart, Adam and Allysa Persandi and her great grand-children,
Holland, Luke, Jaxson, Addy, and Liam and by the many she called her kids.
Testimonials

It was such a nice pleasure to meet you, and what you had planned for my father just took my breath away. It was so special to hear you tell us how he would just come over to talk with you. I think it brought him much comfort. Tha you for putting that Air Force article of him on your website. I am going to have a replica made of the painting of his plane to give you. Thank you again for all you have done to honor our dad. Love, The Gillilands
