Obituary
Admal Elias Marshall, Jr. was born in Eden, MS on February 06, 1935 to Admal Elias Marshall, Sr. and Jessie (Rainey) Marshall. He was the youngest of two children. He grew up in Isola, MS and graduated from Isola High School in 1953.
He married Peggie Ann Hodges on March 27, 1954 in Belzoni, MS. They both attended Sunflower County Junior College in Morehead, MS. Upon graduation, the family moved to Clarksdale, MS where he began his long career in residential construction and real estate.
AE (as most people knew him) had a very long and successful career in the real estate industry in Mississippi and Texas. In 2017, he received the Legacy Award for 60 plus years of excellence in the real estate industry from Keller Williams Realty.
He enjoyed playing golf, spending time with his family, and was devoted to his wife Peggie of 67 years.
He is survived by his wife Peggie and four children, Admal E. “Trey” (Pam) Marshall, III, Michael Paul (Lisa) Marshall, Robert Allen (Lisa) Marshall, and Angela Diane (Andy) Maxey; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
AE was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Maxine Marshall Harris and brother-in-law James Harris.
AE passed away in Frisco, TX on March 07, 2023 at the age of 88. A memorial will be planned at a later date.
