Obituary
William Kerwin Pierson, 77, passed peacefully August 29, 2021.
He was born June 24, 1944, in St. Louis, Missouri to Aaron and Virgina Pierson. He attended Chaminade College Preparatory School and Washington University in St. Louis where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
Bill was a true civil engineer working his whole life on projects from building bridges to day-to-day ‘fix it’ projects. He was very proud to have founded and owned Pierson Construction in Dallas, Texas. He was a die-hard Nascar race fan and long time friend of Bill W’s.
Bill is survived by his sisters, Judy Ray, Gail Horton, and Gina Kelly; daughters and son in laws Kelly Pierson, Kimberly(Pierson) and Craig Kristoff, Jenny Pierson, and Anne(Pierson) and Pete Grogel; and 6 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 10:00 am in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
